New Painiacs!

While I had originally planned on fulfilling this campaign myself, our normal print house ended up resuming shipping duties for the New Pain Two-In-One. Several of you have already received packages directly from me with your copies of The Jump, especially those of you that backed the remarked tiers. The printer confirmed for me that everything else was mailed out yesterday and packages should be hitting your mailboxes shortly.

If you did receive a package from me and are still owed copies of either NPC JUMP or UNCOVERED or books you added on, you'll be getting a 2nd package direct from the printer with your missing items shortly. As usual, if there are any issues with your orders, please contact [email protected] and whoever sees your message first will help get you sorted.

I'm looking forward to reading your attempts to solve the New Pain Challenge and anyone that wants to play can submit their best guess to that same email address. We (Carlos, Rich and I) are currently hip deep into producing the second issue of JUMP and if you find yourself scratching your head as to how the story can continue after the first issue, the challenge definitely gets infinitely harder at the end of this one.  

And before I let you go, our campaign for the final, double-sized issue of Daybreak! launched last night. Digital Rewards Released!

Good morning, New Painiacs! 

You should have received a notification from Backerkit this morning with a link to download your digital rewards. Some of you that backed bulk reward tiers, such as the complete New Pain digital catalogue, will have received a different email/link for each book (Microscopic, Daybreak! 1-3 etc) so don't feel like there's been a glitch in the matrix and you've gotten the same link multiple times. Just wade through and hit those links one at a time to enjoy your rewards.

Physical reward distribution is slated to begin next week, with all books out the door by the 22nd. 

And of course, if you want early warning of the next New Pain Campaign, we'd love for you to click over to the landing page for Daybreak! #4 at: bit.ly/Daybreak4.  It's New Pain's biggest, most important project yet and we hope you'll join us.

Another brief note to let you know that we'll be locking orders tomorrow and digital rewards for those of you that have completed your surveys (75% of you as I type this) will be released on Monday. We've had to push the digital release back a tiny bit because of a glitch in the distribution system.

The good news is that gives the other 25% of you a little more time to get your surveys in. Do it, guys, don't miss out!

A little hint of what's coming your way.

We're preparing to lock orders in a couple of days, guys. 30% of you still need to return your surveys in order to get your books shipped out on time so, y'know, get cracking, fellas! Steve, you're exempt with a personalized mailbox delivery coming your way.

Looking forward to seeing if anyone completes the NP Challenge; there's a character in #2 just waiting to be named after you. But let's get you your books first, OK?

Survey Reminder

New Painiacs!

A brief reminder this morning that, if you haven't filled out your survey (and according to backerkit, 33% of you haven't), to please do so this week. We are scheduled to lock orders and set print runs on the 14th, six days from today!

Digital rewards will be available for download on the 15th, after orders are locked and your cards are charged. The current plan is to have all physical packages in the mail by 1/22 before the next Daybreak! campaign launches on the 29th. 

From what I've read of Daybreak! #4, it's SOOOOO GOOOD. If you're a Daybreak! reader, you're in for a treat.
